Any payments to the Fairy Tail: Legends of Ishgar server in this store is in return for the virtual product(s) listed. All transactions are final. Any refunds are at the discretion of the Administrative team. All products are virtual and therefore hold no value outside of the server.

In the event of a consumer being banned there will be no refunds offered. All bans are at the discretion of the Administrative team, following the rules of the server which we hold the right to change and/or update at any time. Refunds will not be offered for any reason a consumer believes would hinder their experience online such as PvP, Lag, Glitches, Bugs or Abuse of any kind.

We hold the right to remove any virtual product at any point for any reason.

Agreement
By purchasing anything from this store you are agreeing that,
1. You will not charge back, dispute or reverse any payments.
2. All complaints should be directed to the Store Manager.
3. You have parental permission to make the purchase.
4. You have authorisation to use the debit/credit card and/or PayPal account to make a purchase.
5. We reserve the right to ban any account without notice for any reason.
6. Failure to comply with any these Terms & Conditions can lead to a permanent ban/ipban from all of our services.
7. We can remove any virtual product at any time without notice for any reason.
